Delivery & returns
Delivery by Canada Post or Purolator, depending on the option chosen.
Your order will be sent within a few days for items ready to ship.
Stickeepals is not responsible for delivery times caused by the carrier nor for package losses. If you are having difficulty with your delivery, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will try to resolve the situation.
If the package is returned to us due to an addressing error, we will return the item to you at your expense or refund you, except for delivery costs.
We have a return policy of 14 days , which means you have 14 days after receipt of your item to request a return of it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, i.e. unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Note that the return fees are your responsibility. THE shipping cost are non-refundable.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior return request will not be not accepted.
* We cannot accept returns of items in liquidation (50% off and more) or gift cards .
Damage and problems related to your order
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and correct it as soon as possible.
